Sure, at Rawii we strongly believe in service after the sale. Rawii maintains an unconditional return policy. We offer a lifetime warranty on everything we sell at Rawii Jewelry, you break it, we'll replace it (if item is available) or send you a full refund. If you buy something and simply don't like it or you have buyers remorse send us a note through the contact form including your name, item number and any other details you can think of and we'll take care of it.

Shipping

At the present time most items are going USPS, but that is subject to change, and yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details (if tracking details are available) once your order has shipped.
